TradeKing Partners with Apigee for New TradeKing API
TradeKing (read our full review) has announced a new partnership with Apigee to create a high tech trading API, or application programming interface. The new TradeKing API is a big step in the right direction for online equity retail trading, as it has been very common for several years in the Forex markets with the MetaTrader platform. The API will allow developers to create custom investor applications or plug-ins for the the current online TradeKing platform.
TradeKing CIO Dan Raju stated, “We want to enable members of the development community to quickly and easily create apps that use the TradeKing platform securely and in any way that suits those best. The API will uncover new opportunities for us.
